This tract of land fronts FM 2028 approximately four miles south of Melvin, Texas which was once the little community of Marco. At its height had about twenty people, a store, and a stop on the Santa Fe railroad. Now all gone. 

The land is mostly under cultivation with Ruebes Creek meandering through the property. Presently, there are two water wells on the property. One is over a thousand feet deep with water standing at 30 feet. The other well is hand-dug but still with water. 

Perimeter fencing is good. Doves galore. Plus, Axis, Whitetail deer, and Turkey.
